homemade hot pockets

I found this recipe for homemade hot pockets from http://www.ourbestbites.com/ and they are soooo good! All you do is thaw out Rhodes frozen bread dough, roll it out and cut it into 8 equal pieces. Then you put 2 slices of ham and sprinkle some monterey jack or other cheese on top and then roll the left side over and the right side over that and then roll them up. Bake them for 15 min. at 425 degrees. After they cool just freeze them. When you want to eat them just reheat in the microwave for like 30 seconds. You can also eat them at room temp. I plan on putting them in Wyatt's lunch for school. He loved them and he is the pickiest kid ever!

  1. Hey tiff! I saw your message and so I thought I'd visit and say hi! We need to get together sometime soon, it's been too long! Now that the kiddos are back in school we should hang out for a bit. I'll try to remember to call you this week, but if I don't give me a call okay! My brain is on overdrive and doesn't really recall things all the time right now!
